The way to go organic is always to start of with the commodities we use daily. In India a normal vegetarian household uses, rices, pulses, microgreens, greens, fruits, veggies, milk and honey. How I proceed is as follows given the list above I would see that spices, rice, pulses and certain veggies and fruits( mango) for instance. I would go organic with these producrts first. Then I grow microgreens at home so they are organic. In short whatever you can store for a long time go organic on that and then grow whatever possible.
